Analysis of the Special Inspections project
Challenge
Sina is a big engineering company in the large infrastructure sector, specializing in the design, construction, management and upgrading of works. A study and planning phase was activated for Sina aimed at achieving the digitization of the process relating to Special Inspections, i.e. in-depth investigations on certain types of infrastructure
Solution
Production of a Blueprint document with the aim of describing the process of creating the required system in order to have a clear vision of what are the requirements, the development phases based on priorities and the necessary budget.
Result
Sina now has a fully proprietary document that defines all the project development steps, specifying which resources are needed, the objectives and the expected results. The Blueprint document can be used both as a basis for drawing up a company business plan and as a useful document for probing other possible offers on the market.
