Challenge

The construction company CMB needed a modern and intuitive system to improve communication between the company, employees and partners. The need arose from the need to bridge physical and organizational distances, making company information more accessible and strengthening the sense of community, especially in a heterogeneous context in terms of geographical location and age groups. The goal was to create a digital tool that was easily usable and capable of adapting to the different needs of users.

Solution

We have developed a native mobile app, available for both Android and iOS devices, along with a complete backend system. The app includes a personal area for employees, where they can access key services such as consulting pay slips and single certification. A social component has also been introduced to encourage interaction and reduce distances between company offices, facilitating horizontal communication between employees and with management. The system has been designed to be dynamic and ready for future integrations, making it a constantly evolving tool, capable of responding to new needs as they emerge.

Result

Thanks to the new app, employees can now access all useful information in a quick and organized way, always having updated data and personalized services at hand. The inclusion of social components has strengthened the sense of belonging and collaboration between the different company locations. This project represents a significant step towards the digitalization and optimization of internal communication flows, improving the work experience for all members of the organization.
