Challenge
Coca-Cola HBC Italia needed to improve the efficiency and productivity of its resources that operate on the move. The management of the sales force as well as internal communication and training activities required modern and integrated tools to overcome the traditional approach. It was essential to create digital solutions that would allow the optimization of key processes such as planning, management of PoP material, staff training and access to company information, ensuring a fluid and personalized user experience.
Solution
We have developed a suite of dedicated applications for iOS and web devices, designed to meet the different needs of Coca-Cola HBC Italia resources on the move. For trade marketing, an app was created that allows the planning and management of the entire approval flow of PoP material, improving the speed and transparency of the process. To promote internal communication, an aggregator was created, a single access point where you can find useful links, documents and resources, with differentiated access based on the role of the users. For coaching and training, an app was developed that allows you to create training sessions, provide manuals, set objectives and monitor participant performance. These are just some of the solutions that have made it possible to digitize fundamental processes, reducing operational complexity and ensuring access to essential tools and information quickly and easily.
Result
Digitalization has transformed the way Coca-Cola HBC Italia operates, improving the efficiency of resources in the field and optimizing workflows. The Trade Marketing team has obtained more effective tools to manage its activities, while the internal community has simplified the sharing and access to company information. Training solutions have made training more structured and monitorable.
