Replace information that was exchanged via files not linked to each other, or sheets of paper, with management in a single place.

Expand the company extranet/intranet, with a section that exchanges data with their management.
Easy to use by all the departments concerned.
Result
The workflow dedicated to the management of repairs was processed and through a simple and clean interface (including mobile) now all employees interested in the process use the tool made available to them.
In the future it will also allow a detailed analysis of the data that will be collected over time.
