NFC anti-counterfeiting
Challenge
The company, a leader in the Fashion sector, needed to implement an innovative system to combat counterfeiting of its items. The goal was to track each item of clothing over time, guaranteeing the authenticity and originality of the products, also through a certificate accessible to end users. The project required the use of advanced technology to be combined with the more traditional QR Code, offering an interactive and effective experience for customers.
Solution
A system based on NFC tags and QR Codes has been developed for Moncler, integrated with a responsive mobile platform for checking anti-counterfeit labels. Users can easily access the platform via their smartphone, where they can register and obtain a certificate of authenticity for the item purchased. This solution not only guarantees product safety, but offers an intuitive interface that facilitates verification by customers, improving their trust in the brand.
Result
Thanks to the new system, Moncler can now track its items over time, monitoring their changes of ownership even in the second-hand market. Furthermore, the system allows for the generation of leads through customer registration on the platform, strengthening the direct relationship with consumers. End users, for their part, can quickly and easily retrieve the certificate of authenticity, signed by Moncler, confirming the originality of the purchased product and improving their overall experience.
