Challenge
Creating a platform that allows people to anonymously review their workplace was a complex challenge. On the one hand, it was necessary to guarantee the safety and privacy of users, eliminating any tracking method that could compromise anonymity. On the other hand, it was necessary to develop a system that incentivized user participation without requiring them to register, making the process simple and intuitive. Finally, it was important to balance the needs of companies, allowing them to interact with reviews and promote their image through a subscription system that offered real value.
Solution
Moko designed and developed for Kadrega a modern and accessible web app, with a clean design and an optimized user experience. The focus on anonymity was pursued by eliminating any user tracking and simplifying the review process, which does not require any registration. Users can review an existing company or create a new one following clear and transparent guidelines. For companies, a feature was implemented to claim their official page and choose between three subscription plans. Each plan offers specific services, such as the ability to post job ads, display a widget with the score obtained from reviews, and highlight those most aligned with their values. This balanced approach ensures a fair and useful platform for both parties, keeping simplicity and effectiveness as a priority.

Kadrega presents itself as a platform designed to offer users a simple and pleasant experience in sharing anonymous reviews in their workplace. The web app combines an essential and intuitive design with advanced features, ensuring respect for privacy and immediate usability.
