Solution

We've continuously developed the system called "call centre", a web app which allows integrated management of work flows from the orders.

Result

All the information that lives in heterogeneous systems such as SAP and AS400 is managed in a single place and an access system has been created to allow the use of information regarding to the person accessing: customer, Gesta maintenance technician, PM Gesta, administrations.
